We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in a nice area, combined with the top-notch service, made our experience truly unforgettable. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The car hire service was also a great convenience, allowing us to explore the surrounding areas with ease. In addition, the dry cleaning and grocery shopping services were a nice touch, making our stay even more comfortable. The laundry service was exceptional, ensuring that we had fresh towels and clean sheets throughout our stay.

Located in a nice avenue, this hotel has great security and an appealing style in the heart of the city. the spotlessly clean rooms have good amenities like the restaurant and creditcard option. the staff is dedicated to their work and always ready to help with transport services.

Some guests complain about the poor internet connection and loud music from the bar and disco that goes on till early morning.

The walls are quite thin, and I could hear noise from outside and from adjacent rooms which made it difficult to rest in peace. the price for room service was quite high, which added up to the already expensive daily rate that I paid.

The hotel has clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. the delicious meals and excellent restaurant service left me satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. the hotel's airport transfer service was also reliable and convenient.

The WiFi was not so strong in certain areas of the hotel, and breakfast items were in short supply by 9am. At times, the transportation provided by the hotel was a bit expensive.
